On our Order Form you will find a place to indicate your preferred delivery date. We offer this as a customer service and will make every effort to get your product delivered when you request it, but please take into consideration the following;

We are NOT a large chain with 100s of employees and branches all over the world, so if you order a wreath December 1st to be delivered to California on December 2nd, IT AINT GONNA HAPPEN. PERIOD, END OF STORY!!!!!!

Most orders are processed and shipped in 3 days or less. Important Note: Orders placed from November 26th to December 6th may require up to 5 days for processing. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
Our standard shipping method is Fed Ex Ground (included in the price), if you require a different shipping arrangement please feel free to contact us.
We do ship to APO addresses at no additional charge.

We are not able to ship on Saturdays or Sundays, Fed Ex does not pick up on theses days.
We are not able to ship November 22nd and 23rd, Fed Ex will not be working.
Once your product leaves our facility we at the mercy of Fed Ex Ground and have no control over the time in transit. They do however offer the the most reliable service that we have found, and have at least a 98% on time delivery record with us.
Fed Ex Ground will not deliver to residential addresses Sundays and normally not on Mondays.
Fed Ex Ground delivers Monday thru Friday to business addresses.
Please place your order as soon as possible so it can be processed and shipped without delay.
Please make sure your addresses are correct and they are actual physical addresses, not PO boxes. Fed Ex does not ship to P.O. Box's.
Orders sent to P.O. Box's are shipped USPS (United States Postal Service), an additional $10.00 for shipping may be needed.
Please include the phone number with shipping address to help insure timely delivery.
We start shipping our balsam products on or around November 19th, 2006. Orders will be processed using the first in, first out method.
When your order has been shipped we will send you the Fed Ex Tracking Number,
along with this link to check the shipping progress of your order.
When purchasing balsam fir wreaths as gifts you may want to notify the recipient to expect a Fed Ex delivery. |
