This roast has a bit more fat in it and is perfect for the BBQ or smoker. This roast is a special treat for our family, especially because its my husband that cooks them. They have so much flavour and they melt in your mouth.
All of our meat is dry aged for 21 days and you will notice while you are cooking it that there is very little shrinkage or waste. This makes all the difference in tenderness and taste
